Stu Irvine leads the company’s management team with over 37 years of experience. He has extensive knowledge of the food industry and of Mitchell's Gourmet Foods

With his experience at Schneider Foods as both Director of Integrated Business Solutions and Director of Finance, Mark is a solid financial and analytical member of the management team.
Ralph Kaay Ralph Kaay
Plant Manager


Ralph Kaay draws on years of experience with Mitchell's Gourmet Foods both in Saskatoon and Vancouver in his role as plant manager.
John Burnett John Burnett
Plant Superintendent


John comes to Mitchell’s with a wealth of knowledge and experience from his history with Schneider Foods. The positions he held there include Project Specialist, Assistant Production Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Division Superintendent and Operations Manager for a number of production facilities in Ontario and Quebec. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Guelph.

He is responsible for managing pork operations at Mitchell’s 11th Street facility. And his allegiance to the Toronto Maple Leafs is second to none!
