About UsMitchell's Gourmet Foods is the largest pork processor in the province of Saskatchewan and one of the largest employers in the province. We presently provide work for 1300 unionized and 230 non-unionized employees in our head office plants in Saskatoon.We firmly believe in quality of life. This means a happy balance of home and work. To that end, we organize numerous family oriented activities throughout the year, such as the Children's Christmas party, Summer Family Picnic, Slow Pitch Tournament, and Dragon Boat Racing.
